Tan Masters is a premier provider of professional tanning services specializing in on-site tanning for fitness, bodybuilding, and athletic competitions. We ensure high-quality tanning results to enhance the appearance of athletes, preparing them for their competitions. Our services include multiple tanning applications, hair, and makeup services, ensuring each client is fully prepared for the stage.

By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, or in person at our studio.

2. Services Provided

Tan Masters offers a range of services tailored for athletes preparing for competition events, including:

Tanning Services: Professional airbrush tanning for fitness and bodybuilding competitors.
Hair and Makeup: Styling services to complete your competition look.
Additional Services: We also provide touch-ups, package upgrades, and additional requests based on client needs.

All services are subject to availability, and Tan Masters reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

To access our services, clients must complete an online booking form on our website or book via phone or in-person consultation. Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

3.1 Payment Terms

Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Pricing: The pricing of services is outlined on our website and may vary depending on the selected package or service. Additional services or changes requested at the time of your appointment may incur additional charges.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services already provided. However, we may issue a refund or partial credit in cases of service cancellations within the terms specified below.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for the following:

4.1 Health Information Disclosure

It is crucial that you inform us of any allergies, skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis), or other medical conditions that could affect your ability to undergo tanning. Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions, and Tan Masters cannot be held liable for any such reactions.

4.2 Timeliness

You must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule. Tan Masters strives to adhere to the schedule but cannot guarantee delays will not occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Proper Attire

For tanning services, clients should wear suitable clothing for easy application, such as swimwear, disposable undergarments, or loose-fitting clothing. Avoid tight clothing immediately after the application to allow the tanning product to set correctly.

4.4 Adherence to Safety Guidelines

You must follow all safety instructions provided by Tan Masters staff. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in dissatisfaction with the service, and Tan Masters is not liable for any negative outcomes.

5. Limitations of Liability

Tan Masters strives to provide the highest quality tanning services. However, the following limitations of liability apply:

Health Risks: While the tanning solutions we use are generally safe, there are inherent risks, including skin irritation, allergies, or reactions to tanning products. By using our services, you accept all risks related to tanning and agree to hold Tan Masters harmless for any adverse effects.
Service Outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Factors such as skin type, preparation, and product absorption may influence the final appearance.
Third-Party Services: If you utilize any third-party services (e.g., makeup or hair services provided by an external contractor), Tan Masters is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with these services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tan Masters website, including logos, images, text, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Tan Masters and is protected under copyright law. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any content from the website without explicit permission from Tan Masters.
